Assuming MH would invest as much money to Gruden's whole staffs as to Kiffin, it's obvious that Gruden himself would make 4+ million. That's what a super bowl coach deserves. So what kind of staff would Gruden put together if he gets 2+million less to spend on? Year, he can cherry pick assistant coaches from NFL or possibly college as he wishes, but with the similar budget we had on Fulmer's assistants, that would be tough.

Maybe kiffin is our best option...

Gruden would have wanted $4.5 - $5.0 mil to coach at UT, which he doesn't deserve. Kiffin's working for a lot less.
