I may have missed it because i just skimmed the article, but where does the money go if the kid chooses a different school?

"Supposed" to go the school's general fund that you donated to (if they will accept it).

Don't believe this will last

And I don't know why anyone would decide to spend their money like that.

Look at the players thatve been "boosted". Kyle Phillips is #3 and all of his donations come from a "Modesto Junior College". They donated over 1000 to only a handful of players. Seems really sketch
