Funny thing about Gruden I've heard many NFL players, including Warren Sapp, talking about him and not one considers him a good coach. Most said he is very average, a lunatic, puts all the blame on players when things go wrong and takes all the credit when things go right. I know this, his ass has been on the hot seat often at Tampa Bay, many would like to see him gone and his offense usually sucks.
