Costco Prime Beef

Anyone tried it? I picked up some top loin (sirloin) prime for 7.99 lb and it has been excellent. Very tender, good flavor - beats grocery store beef by a mile.

Prime sirloin is out of this world! I'll have to check the one here. Nice find!

I'll have to try it. I've done their Prime strips. Really good but $$$. Also their beef tenderloin is great

I have yet to purchase a Costco brand product that wasn't superior to others. Never have been disappointed. If you're a fresh ground salt and pepper freak like me, try their Kirkland brand of Tellicherry Black pepper that comes in the grinder and their Mediterranean sea salt that comes in a grinder. Both very inexpensive and the best I've ever had.

We grilled a Tri Tip from Costco last weekend and it was fantastic. I would prefer to find one that comes unseasoned to try my own marinade/rub.
