I believe he needs three semester before he can be on campus. The whole situation seems odd too me but I am glad he may be a Vol someday. Charlie working his magic with anoter wideout.

I never thought we were out of it with Wilson but the feeling is he is likely to stay up north from what I hear. <Insert obligatory anything can happen/long time til signing day comment here.>

I agree he did mention West Virgina allot. However, UT was one of the first 3 schools he that he thought of. Out of those he has only been to Visit us and West Virgina. He also smiled when he was asked if he may be reunited with his old teammate in a year or two. Don't forget that just a few weeks back they were considered a package deal. I think we have a good chance at him.

"anything can happen" "February is a long way away" "at least we're in it" "once we win 10 games..." "sec" "Corey Smith" "Charlie Bagget"

ESPNU 150 wide receiver Corey Smith makes decision for Vols
Outstanding Buchtel HS (Akron, Ohio) wide receiver Corey Smith has made his Class of 2012 decision for Tennessee.

College Football Recruiting - ESPN

He is headed for JUCO at Eastern Mississippi or something like that according to the reports. Will be ready to qualify in 2012 season and will join Hunter, Rogers, Arnett, Dallas and Milton at Wide Receiver U.

JUCO isn't too bad of a situation right now. Looking at the depth chart, he would have a hard time getting in. Given it is less time with CCB, but him coming in right as soon as Justin Hunter and maybe Da'Rick Rogers leaves sounds like a good plan.
