Because they didn't have a permit...

Way to go Georgia. This is the same state that put a 17 year old in jail for 10 years for getting a bj from a 15 year old. Because that's the law... Don't even dare driving 2mph over the limit in Georgia. Automatic ticket, that's the law.

My mind is still blown that a teenage kid got put in the slammer for 10 years for getting a BJ from another teenager. Now they are harassing little kids tring to make a little pocket change!! This country is going under faster that Usain Bolt!!

Growing up I sold lemonade without a permit about 10 miles from that very spot. The difference...my grandaddy was the mayor and my cousin was the police chief. I paid them both off.

Outrage After Teen Gets 10 Years for Oral Sex With Girl

ESPN.com - E-Ticket: Outrageous Injustice

Once, he was the homecoming king at Douglas County High. Now he's Georgia inmate No. 1187055, convicted of aggravated child molestation.

When he was a senior in high school, he received oral sex from a 10th grader. He was 17. She was 15. Everyone, including the girl and the prosecution, agreed she initiated the act. But because of an archaic Georgia law, it was a misdemeanor for teenagers less than three years apart to have sexual intercourse, but a felony for the same kids to have oral sex.

Afterward, the state legislature changed the law to include an oral sex clause, but that doesn't help Wilson. In yet another baffling twist, the law was written to not apply to cases retroactively, though another legislative solution might be in the works.

Some bullcrap

talk about archaic laws, had an ex that lived in north carolina that said it was against the law to have sex in any position other than missionary, in addition to premarital sex being outlawed. We were repeat offenders. :naughty:
