Cops pull guns on man recording them

This is after they unload about 20 rounds into a guy for hitting a cop car. They injured 4 innocent bystanders in the process.

After the cops realize someone is recording them, they pull guns on the guy, take his phone and proceed to smash it. Luckily, the guy was able to remove the memory card prior to handing his phone over.

IMO there isn't enough training to prepare a cop for something like that either
