I saw over on VQ that there is a rumor that he is looking to leave Texas and head to either the real UT or Stanford. Apparently there are threads on 247 and Rivals about him possibly landing here. Here is his Rivals page link.

That would be interesting. Not sure how he would fit in..but it would be tough to tell a kid of his talent no thanks.

would be a Mitch Mustain-like decision for him to come here.

But he is more than welcome.

Not so much "why would he leave Texas", but more along the lines of "what QB wouldnt want to throw to these guys we're gonna have out there so they can look like Manning." I wouldnt blame half the QB's in college football for wanting to transfer here.

Gilbert is the entrenched started and Ash is making a serious push for the job. Wood is falling behind.

Ash is a freshman, so if he passes wood there's almost no chance of wood ever catching up barring injury.

Maybe he see's Bray headed for the NFL after year 3. Maybe he likes his chances of seeing playing time VS Worley/Peterman. Our WRs would have to have alot of QBs jealous and having dreams about throwing to this type of group.

ehhh... doubtful he would come here anyhow.... I am sure he would see he would have to not only sit a year.. but then have to beat out Worley after Bray's time has come to an end.....would be nice to have another option... but a severe long shot at best IMO
