She then gave the document to online news publication The Intercept.

Likely the standard time reduction for good behavior. Think its like 20% in club fed. Thats why fed time is more concerning to people who get convicted. Most do 80% of the sentence minimum vs state level convictions which can be as low as 40% and get paroled.

Durham Seeks Indictment Against Lawyer at Steele Dossier-Linked Law Firm over Alfa Bank matter: Report

Special counsel John Durham reportedly seeks a grand jury indictment against Michael Sussmann, a cybersecurity lawyer at a Democratic-allied law firm closely linked to British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s discredited dossier.

The charge is said to be related to an alleged false statement to the FBI about a client's identity when Sussmann pushed now-debunked claims about secret communications between Russia’s Alfa Bank and the Trump Organization in the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election.

The report said Durham’s case against Sussmann, who works at the powerhouse Perkins Coie law firm, “centers on the question of whom his client was when he conveyed certain suspicions” about former President Donald Trump and Russia to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016.

A newly declassified ruling from a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court in June demonstrates that the government lied about its legal basis for spying on former Trump campaign official Carter Page.

The ruling states that the information produced by the FBI’s unlawful investigation into Page was illegally obtained and that it “found violations of the government’s duty of candor in all four applications.” The ruling also orders the government that “it must temporarily retain, and potentially use and disclose, the information collected, largely in the context of ongoing or anticipated litigation.”

I appreciate you keeping the info fresh but we all knew nothing would come of this. Had the opposite occurred I couldn’t imagine the backlash on Trump. It would still be part of a 24-7 news cycle.
