at least they diddnt own us like we did them....theyt are not a championship caliber team tho....thats the bright side

i dont know about that...they looked pretty damn good tonight. If they can work on their zone defense, they have great potential.:cray:

We win the series in total score though! It looked like a reverse image of last year in terms of tackling.

hats off to cal. even without our mistakes, i'm not so sure we could have won. the defense cost us TONS.

They whipped us straight out. Sure some of the calls were questionable (Vinson, some spots..) but even with those, we got manhandled. We deserved to lose. Atleast the D did.

I hate it too because MeSean and Hawkins especially were everywhere poppin their jerseys like they are the ****. Apparently they don't remember what happened last year? :dunno:

Low Spots:
Ainge needs to be more of a leader imo.
Fulmer "giving up" by punting at end of game.
D sucked all night. TACKLE????

High Spots:
Berry looked good.
Receivers looked pretty good. Not really their fault Cut wouldn't run more than 5 yd routes.
O looks capable of winning games.

Hold your head up VOLS still got SEC to play with and thats all that matters. Hope Xavier is ok

Thanks, that is far more important than winning a game. My prayers out to Xavier. I hope he fully recovers and gets back on the field soon.

Congrats to Cal, they played a heck of a game and showed alot of dynamics. :p

Credit must be given. Their WRs took full advantage of our young secondary and when we had to adjust w/ help, the RB went wild. Kudos.

Thanks, Volnation. Really appreciate it. I had it 31-27 Cal and was surprised it was shoot out. Ainge was a true leader and had an amazing game. Any news on the Defensive player that went down in late 4th quarter? Hope all is well with him.

Cal would smoke Wisconsin, VTech, WVU, UM, Lousiville, and Oklahoma. The would give LSU some trouble as well as Florida. The historically give USC fits. I wouldn't be disagreeable to them being top 5 caliber.

USC, LSU, Florida, Wisconsin, and Oklahoma are all better, and that isn't all.
