He doesn't suck. He has clearly made an enormous difference here. He has won a lot of games and I'm happy with that. I don't believe, without substantial change in approach, which is possible, that we'll win big games.

My commentary doesn't mean that I dontlike the guy or respect what he has done in a tough place to do it. Regardless, still have higher expectations. Frankly, he is a victim of his own success.
