Not only is Sly a fine football coach, but he's also a great teacher in the game of life. Congratulations, coach Croom. You've earned it.

He went from hotseat (after pummeling by LSU to open the season) to COY in the SEC candidate.

Congrats to a good guy. Now if Bama loses, they may not get a bowl game at all...:)

If he's not the SEC Coach of the Year, all of the voters should be immediately subjected to intense waterboarding.

Agreed. Who else has done so much with so little? Even Rich Brooks has accumulated some considerable skill-position talent.
