I've watched these young inexperienced young ladies this year and have finally realized what the problem is in the first half of the ballgames. IMO the fact that they are playing most of these teams for the first time ever, makes me think they are not sure what they will be able to do and what the other team will do to them. I am sure they have opportunities to see what the other teams will look like watching videos and I know CPS has told them in practice what to expect...but still not actually playing against them has got to matter. I think this also explains how well they are doing in the second half of these games. They have played against and been able to judge talent for 20 minutes and have responded well. Your thoughts?

A good thought. They are very talented and seem to think that talent is good enough. When they play hard and smart, they do well. I keep waiting for the light to go on, but it has yet to happen.

I feel ya on that, same goes with the Mens team as well!
I think once they realize, that each one of them has a different talent that can be used if they play together, then they start winning big games.
