I don't buy into style points. Texas struggled a couple times against lesser opponents and hasn't dropped much. Auburn and Florida are the same. You hear about style points alot, but, in alot of the computer polls, points are counted. The Coaches' and Harris polls are different though.

O, and I didn't listen to Howard. He is one of the few prognosticators with some common sense, but still very little.

I wasn't trying to listen to him - he just happened to be on Gameday...no matter how much sense he makes, he is still a dirty wolverine...

That is because the pollsters can't make up their mind who is better between us, UF, and AU. Cal jumping us was inevitable though.

AP(Doesn't count in BCS)-8

We are still waiting on 4 computer polls.

Which of the remaining 4 are we ranked low in? Or ... is it that Cal and USC are heavily favored in some comp polls to the point that we can avg. 8 in all the polls..but come out 11 because of their high rank in a few computer polls....

Man - I don't know what to tell ya. I am surprised / flabergasted that UT isn't in the top 10, because they really should be. I think I'm equally confused how Cal, a team ya'll completely destroyed, would be ranked ahead of you...

If anything, one would think that win over Cal would push ya'll up a bit. Cal is playing some good football right now, and I believe will hand USC their second loss. Rest assured once you guys work LSU and Ark you'll make a big move as they are both ranked. The WVU-UL-Rutgers goat rodeo will shake out the big east, and Notre Dame-USC will end one of those two hopes. Now if Western Carolina could just pull off the upset of Florida you'd be all set...
