I am sure this is going to sound stupid, but is there a way to shrink my screen so it is the same size as my monitor? In other words, so I dont have to scroll from side to side to see the entire screen. I only have to do this on my desktop, my laptop work fine.

If so how?

You need to know the native resolution of your monitor.

Right click anywhere on your desktop and choose "Properties". Click the "Settings" tab. Adjust the resolution slider and hit apply. In your case, you should adjust it down, as your video card is outputting a higher resolution than your monitor is capable of showing... keep messing with that until you find the correct resolution. :)
