One of the more popular threads right now is "Kiffin is a certifiable moron". Goes on to say:

"This loss is on both kiffins as much as any loss I have ever seen and I go way the ef back. What a jack ass. The worst play calls, the worst clock management I have ever seen , ever. He absolutely BLOWs. and if anyone does not like this comment, bring it on and defend his useless approach to this game. He is as bad as it can get"

followed up with: "Anyone that defends either of the Kiffins is a clueless jackass"

It goes on, but you get the idea. All this kinda sounds familiar

Mods..I kinda think that threads directly related to kiffin should be allowed to stay on the tn football board. He is inextricably tied to UT football. I mean when we talk about fulmer and other old coaches, it stays in the UT football board. If it was a more generic usc topic, then I understand the move.

Maybe they'd like to have the **** sandwich we got stuck with after Kiffin left. I guarantee they'd be begging him to come back then. Enough if their whining.

Good luck with that fight. This has been the standard procedure for a LONG time. They immediately move Kiffin stuff over here.

I was stunned that they couldnt score after two consecutive PI calls down near the goal line.

I know I won't win the fight, but I would like a response...doubt I'll even get that. I mean, this neck of the woods is so dead, I doubt even the mods check around here after they banish a thread to the dreaded "around the ncaa" board

No he is not. He is gone. What he's doing now is irrelevant to UT football.

I'm not the one who moved this thread, if indeed it was moved, but when the point of the thread is to talk about stuff he does at USC, there's no reason for it to be in the UT football forum. When we talk about Fulmer, we're talking about what he did at UT. If someone starts a thread about what Kiffin does at UT, it ought to be in the football forum. But what he's done afterwards? Lane Kiffin is 37 years old. You want to spend the next two decades discussing him because he's "inextricably tied to UT football"?

I guess they're trying to keep the FB forum dedicated strictly to the on-field happenings of this years team. The coaching search even has a separate forum now, and clearly that's pretty relevant to UT football.

It's only going to get worse from here for USC and Kiffin.. If this guy somehow turns the firing he'll get in a couple years into a even better job.. He should run for Congress. They like guys like Kiffin..

It's still a **** show for them. Kiffin turned a preseason #1 team with TWO potential Heisman candidates into an average team in the PAC 12. They have every right to complain just as UT fans have every right to continue to believe that somehow, had Kiffin stayed here, UT would be better off. He's just not a very good coach.

That call on 4th and goal with 3 minutes left is one of the worst I can remember. Their fans should be extremely upset.

The goal line playcalling was awful last night. He was running a ton of time off the clock and made really poor playcalls.

Two QB sneaks from the one; one tailback dive; and one pass that ought to have been completed for a touchdown?

The best option for Kiffen was the fade; however, it seemed clear that KaVarie Russell was going to commit pass interference every single time in order to keep points off the board (a great strategy, by the way). What other options did Kiffen have?

Kiffen is not a good coach. However, if your team cannot push the ball into the end zone on three plays from the one yardline, what do you suggest a coach call at that point?

Who gives a rats a$$ what Kiffins doing? I didn't know he was coaching anywhere else. I forgot about him a long time ago.

Agreed. It was a good call. I dont understand why he didn't call that play on second down or run a play action naked bootleg. It was obvious to everyone that NDs defense was crashing the ends to stuff the middle.

I know we should be over this, but I just can't wait for the comedy to take a new turn when Yaw-Yaw takes over as the DC next year. Goin be hilarious!
