I was hesitant because I didn’t want you guys to come down on me for posting a BUNCH of lame books.
Age of Apocalypse, X-Force, Spidey, X-Men and Batman, have always been my favorites.
I’m not a big Deadpool fan, but I couldn’t pass up his first 4 issues.
The Transformers #1 is from my childhood collection and I got the rest from McKays.

I only have one issue of the Secret Wars series. Bought it as a kid. I’ve since picked up the other first appearances of the symbiote suit.

Very cool you have the first Miles Morales. I wasn’t collecting when he came on the scene.

I’m curious - for all of you guys in here, what’s your favorite book in your collection? Mine is the one below. I like Star Wars, and the book is fine, but it’s my favorite because as a young teenager, I waited in line at a comic shop (on Nolensville Rd, I think) and had it signed by Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett) and Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca). Was cool to meet them. There was a guy in front of me in line who had a 5x7 glossy of Luke Skywalker for them to sign. Jeremy Bulloch looks at the guy and says, “You know I’m not him, right?” Was so great.

That Star Wars book is too cool and the Secret Wars #8 is awesome!
It’s #1 on my want list…eventually.

First off, be proud of your collection. I was impressed. The great thing about collecting comics is that you get to see what other people are in to and see a lot of books you might not normally see. I spend some time on Ebay looking for books I can't find elsewhere and I'm going to tell you...that Secret Wars run you have is worth some money. Also that early run of Transformers could fetch a pretty penny too!

Some of my recent pickups. Grabbed the last few issues I needed in the Spider-Man Gauntlet storyline. The Rhino story in that is really good.

ASM 127 and 130 have some wear and tear, but I like those books. Was disappointed that 130 was missing the MVS. First time that’s happened to me. And then, I just love the ASM 33 cover that came out a couple of weeks ago. Nice Hulk homage. And had to share the Bermejo cover of 34 given the montage in the new movie.

Also, got lucky once again, and that DD 188 is an MJ variant. That one and the Avengers above it are in great condition.

When I went to answer this I was in a conundrum lol. This is the best way I can answer your question. First pick is the comic my daughter did the cover for Father’s Day. I’d run into a burning building to get that book back lol. I’ll upload the rest on the next post. Says this is too large 😂

My next favorite book is the first appearance of Gambit simply because he's my favorite character period lol.
