colquitte definately starts as soon as the suspension is over. cunningham has been terrible except for the second half against auburn. he was punting from inside au's 50 most of that time and got a few lucky bounces and rolls. colquitte is an all american type punter with a great leg and gets good hang time. he will be starting against georgia

Ok, are we being serious? Colquitt will be the starter the second the NIU game clock hits 0:00. Cunningham has not been good with teh exception of the second half against Auburn. And those were the easy types of kicks that punters get to make. He was pooch punting from midfield the whole second half. He has not made one good punt all season when we were backed up deep in our territory and we needed a 50+ yard boom. Colquitt absolutely starts immediately.
How is that a PR hit? Everyone is hysterical right now about playing Stephens because he has to be better than Crompton. Well, Colquitt is better than Cunningham. So why do we have a double-standard here...
Again, that is not the question at hand. The 'life lesson' was the 5 games he missed. You and I might not agree that the punishment was enough but that is not what is being debated right now. He has served the punishment that was laid before him. Now that he is eligible, is he the best punter on the team? Yes, therefore he starts. Bottom line.
there is no way you pass up starting Colquitt if he is available.
