Don't forget Terry Fair too. Coached there for a couple seasons after serving as an assistant here then came back with Friend. And, obviously, played for Vols too.

Hawaii had more success running the ball, controlled the clock, and ultimately won the game despite CST having more total yards. This is what I believe Vols do to WVU next Saturday. GBO.

Why did he leave anyway? Don't know that there was much said about it. Probably alienated with the previous coaching staff like a lot of others. He's looking pretty good now, though.

Colorado State is in for a long season getting knocked around by a really poor team like Hawaii. I think Mike Bobo is now on a very hot hotseat. With Colorado State having a lousy head coach in Mike Bobo i don't think having Will Friend still on the coachinf staff would have made that much of a difference.

That was an entertaining game. Neither team knows what defense is, however. My wife and I just moved so I was unpacking boxes, drinking Heineken and watching this game.
