Ummm...yeah it should be. We lost a 1st and 2nd round pick at the DT spots. As for the prediction, they also picked Cal last year if memory serves....and had us picked #3 in the nation in 05.....not exactly psychics writing at cfbn. That's what I wondered about. We may have lots of questions, but "soft up the middle" really shouldn't be one of them.
As it gets closer, I feel better and better about a win for TN. Mr. Teddyhead, you are in for a disappointment.
yeah I could see how you losing your starting RB and your starting TE and reports of your new WRs doing nothing in practice would make you feel better and better about a UT win. Makes sense to me.
I have seen this a couple of times on Cal boards and it's just not true. Coker was not listed as the starting RB. Our 2nd string RB scored on a nifty run last year and he is still around. We also have a Sr TE returning that scored our first TD vs Cal and a couple of good backups waiting for playing time. The reports were that they weren't catching on to the playbook as well as CDC wanted. That has been simplified for the Fr and should be ok with a Sr QB throwing the ball. If not, we'll just run it down your throats like old UT football.![]()
color it any way you like, but coker was #1 on your depth chart and your leading rusher last year.
BTW: cfn is a rag and not worth reading, but I thought everyone knew that. ..
oneal currently 4th on your depth chart is a bad sign IMO. Look i'm not saying you are going to stink, just that the news in the last couple of weeks would make any sane person more concerned, not less. Cal's only major loss is the starting FB who only had one career start anyway.
