COACH II - ASSOCIATE STRENGTH COACH-Men's Athletics- Pay Grade 43, DOE&Q, Bachelor's degree required; CSCS or equivalent certification required. 3-5 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach at the Division-I collegiate level required. Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for football and other sports programs based on scientifically proven principles designed to reduce injuries and improve athletic performance. Assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with the total administration of the Men’s Strength and Conditioning program. COORDINATOR III (COORDINATOR-PLAYER PERSONNEL)-Men's Athletics- Pay Grade 43, DOE&Q, Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of two years of administrative experience in athletics (specifically football) at the Division-I level. Must have a thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. This position oversees the entire recruiting office and all aspects of recruiting football student-athletes and communicates with the Compliance Office to work within the NCAA and SEC rules and regulations. The position works closely with the Director Football Operations and the Coordinator of Football Operations. This position will assist with the annual football pro-timing day held on campus. Provide oversight of all football recruiting software and scouting programs. This will include maintenance, updates, bidding, and purchasing of all recruiting technology that will be used by the football staff and will be responsible for educating and training coaching staff, GA’s, student workers, and administrative support staff on the numerous recruiting software and scouting programs.
