Isn't it funny how the good coaches seem to get lucky with their players getting it together...year after year? It's not by accident. Good coaches know how to get the best out of their players. Coaching goes so far beyond calling games. I remember playing and I had a couple of coaches that knew how to explain things and get me going. That is good coaching. If the players aren't responding, something is broken in the process. 1 or 2 players might not get it but we have issues across the board.
