Would you be interested in Brian Billick as a possible HC if Dooley is gone?

I mean I know we all have a wish list...

He is a coach that has been away from the game for a while, but listening to him do color on the NFl games, the guy is sharp

Holy shizballs...Billick? Really? I would imagine if he wanted to go back into coaching he would go back to the NFL.

I wouldn't be overly disappointed. Not my first choice or anywhere on my wish list, but you could do worse

To answer your question, yes, i would be interested in Billick if Dooley were gone, even if Dooley werent gone, if Brian Billick suddenly publicized a desire to come be the head ball coach at Tennessee, i would be interested, as i would be if it were Lovie, Chucky or any number of other high profile, successful former NFL coach, but since i think we all agree, that aint gonna happen, right now im perfectly ok with Coach Derek Dooley.

And since no other smart alleck has done it yet:

"I hear Coach Billick has land in Sevierville and family living over in Walland."

Sorry, i felt obligated since it hadnt been said yet.

Nov. 26th I was for anybody but Dooley! Now I have to stand behind Dooley and hope he does well. He is our coach for next season and we have to live with it. Like it or not

NO Dooley is our Head coach. Billick can't even get a job in the NFL again.

I doubt he would consider the job, but I'd have to admit I'd be optimistic if he was the coach.

His record towards the end wasn't great, but I'd be happy to roll the dice on a guy who has won as a head coach at the highest level.

My only wish is that these threads would stop. Dooley is head coach. Get used to it.

I may be wrong, but I see Dooley as another Mike Shula. I am glad that he is keeping the players out of trouble. I am also glad that recruiting is going well.
However; I just don't see him getting many wins on the field. Sure, he can win the games that we are favored in, but toss up games or games that we aren't favored in, we will usually lose.
I would bet that Hart has a short list of possible, interested candidates to replace Dooley.
