Pearl was on 790 the zone in Atlanta this morning. It was a great interview he gave some good insight into the game against OSU and the SEC. The best part of the interview is when he said "I am not leaving Tennessee."

I know that he has already said this but the more times I hear it the better I feel.:)

They asked him if he thought that the name on the front of the jerseys had an effect on the calls.

He said that he didn't think that mattered but the time and score plus thefact OSU was a number one seed factored in. He felt like all the foul calls let OSU get back into the game and rest. He brought up the free throw disparity. He was basically saying that some of the calls were a little weak and that the refs let OSU back into it without actually saying that.

He praised Oden and said he was a great player. He said that Ramar's lay up would have gone in if Oden had been on the bench.

Slick Rick says, this just makes me sick all over again thinking about what could have been. I look forward to listening to him on television this weekend.

I was at the gym and saw a quick replay of the final play where Oden blocks Ramar's shot, and I couldn't help but think, "Foul!" on Conley. When we're a 1 or 2 seed, we'll get that call.

I'll use it as motivation for next season.
