Coach Pat Washington Fires Back

This pretty much says it all:

Washington said he never told Lang the Vols would be willing to pay anything for Means and said he immediately informed Coach Phillip Fulmer that Lang was peddling Means to different schools.

"Why would I turn myself in?" Washington said.

"Why would somebody offer something and then turn around and report it to his boss, who then reported it to the SEC and NCAA? Think about it. That would be crazy.

Pat's comments make an awful lot of sense to me.

If he's guilty of an infraction, why would he go inform his boss about a problem with the same kid he's accused of the same infraction. And why would they report it to the AD and he to the NCAA.

It just doesn't make sense.

Lang is an ignorant, broken, dishonest man.

If his word was all the government had used to convict Logan Young, the man would be perusing the A-list to determine the next high school All-American he was going to purchase for the Tide. Fortunately there was a huge paper trail.

If you want it to stop here it is. Pat Washington needs to sue Lang for Slander.

You know, there comes a time when you should move on but seems like the losers in Bammerland have no life and need to kick a dead horse over and over.

I sure do wish these losers would find another toy to play with or just go off somewhere by themselves and suck their thumbs!   :nono: :nono: :nono: :shakehead: :shakehead: :shakehead: :disappointed: :disappointed: :disappointed: :yuck: :yuck: :yuck:
