Coach O At Work

Coach O is laying the law down. DEs have to make a pass rush move every time the step onto the football field in practice or conditioning. Any time a coach reaches out his hand to a DL he must approach the coach as an OL and make a pass rush move to get around to coach.

dont know if this is true or not (I hope it is), its from a poster on another board.

He likes "reactive" movements from his players during meetings as well as practices...

I count it among the dumbest things I've ever done. I did it several times during finals season my freshman year. The foul taste and crash aren't fun. But whatever it took to make it awake through exams after a night of... Studying...

Cut the very top edge froma tea bag, pour out the tea, pour in some coffee grinds, and rollthe edge closed. So long as you don't talk or chew too much, it should stay closed.
