Kiffin will need to change up some of his tactics. Minimizing the talent on the roster and talking of erasing a losing culture isn’t going to play in Knoxville. When former Tennessee star Gibril Wilson was asked about the possibility of Kiffin taking over ther day, he gave a thumbs down.

I like the hire. Him being too young is crap. If experience determined success fulmer would havent done as well as he did at the start of his job as HC and as lousy as he did at the end. Kiffin is a good recruiter and a good coach. I think he will surprise many of the negavols. GO VOLS!

I was behind this man since before the hire. I think he will do fairly well. It just baffles me that the man hasn't even called a play yet and people are already calling for his head.
