One thing that I hope Kiffin installs in these players is a sense of urgency to get better and to not settle for anything less then perfection. To many times last season we saw denial, finger pointing, lack of leadership, lack of hustle. I want to see our players "wanting" to play with passion, poise, and purpose this time. No slacking off and If you do you will get chewed out by your teammates.

Take an example of Florida. I hate Florida and Tebow more then anything, but I thought when Tebow made these comments after the loss to Ole Miss, it really changed their season around. There was leadership and poise and it showed on the field " “I’m sorry. Extremely sorry,” . “We were looking for an undefeated season. That was my goal, something Florida’s never done here. But I promise you one thing: A lot of good will come from this You will never see any player in the entire country play as hard as I will play the rest of the season. You will never see another player push his team as hard as I will push everybody the rest of the season. You will never see a team play harder than we will the rest of the season."

I want to see that kind of leadership from our team.
This is a clean slate for these players, No excuses this time. Coach Kiffin said he's going to roll his sleaves up and go to work, and now it's time for our players to do the same.

Go VOLS

When placed under pressure from losing, pressure from fans, pressure from media etc...

2) Arian Foster: "Veek Veek"

I would be happy for once seeing the players on the sideline watching and encouraging the players on the field, and look truly excited to be wearing the orange.

lmao :eek:lol:

It really shows how little personal responsibility these players had. Need we remember some of JC classic sound bites.
