Everything worked fine and then suddenly 10 seconds before the kickoff it just shuts off in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Amazing. Same thing with the penalties.

I'm lulzing so hard, he's busting on Bama on how the headsets just magically quit working about 10 seconds before kickoff, and he said ya that's amazing, kind of like the penalties today.

"They were working before the game and the just so happened to go out for the first drive so out defense can't get the calls and just so happen to come back so that their defense can get the calls...funny thing just like some of the penalties."

That would be a good argument if they hadn't starting working like 20 seconds later and we were not on offense. Clearly that would have been and advantage to UT to start the game since the defense coordinator was on the sidelines for ut.

don't like excuses. should have won. Penalties were false starts and obvious holding. the officials don't kick or block on field goals.

Kiffin was not making excuses.... He was stating the facts, and we shouldn't have even been close at the end "if Alabama is Number #1" or unless our coach out coached Satan

Yeah, he also said when asked about Cody taking his helmet off that he thought it was just like the rest of the game, we are one of the least penalized teams in the country and we had 8 enforced penalties to their one. He was especially miffed about the headsets, how they went off 10 seconds before kickoff and then "magically" came back on a minute later.

It is what it is, but I agree with Kiffin, it sucks to hear things like this happening. Combine this with the Florida center headbobs and cheapshots that end in penalties for the other team and Florida and Bama have very suspect things that always seem to be in their favor. It's ridiculous.

Maybe we can get Lincoln some of Alabama's tape from the South Carolina game and just act like we didn't know anything about it. lol

I do find it amusing that you guys were ripping Meyer for "crying" but CLK is GREAT for doing it. I liked the play of our team today. I liked the plan by the staff. I think we are headed in the right direction. But, Kiffin needs to learn to shut his mouth sometimes.
