Interestingly, for a season that was less than we hoped for (though probably a reasonable outcome considering the horses we had), the coaches we are losing are all moving up. So SOMEBODY thinks our coaching staff is pretty good actually.

The staff is solid. The talent is not.

I'd say working at a mid-low tier B1G school in the DC/Baltimore area as a coordinator, is not a very appealing prospect after coaching at an SEC school and living in Knoxville, regardless of the position.
