Coaches can steal bricks.
If a player was given a brick by a booster or coach because his brick house was destroyed by a tornado, then said player would be required to repay the amount of the brick, sit out 47 games, and destroy the house. (unless he was a Heisman winner)

Definitely North Korea. Tries to gain power with fear while doing everything they can to hide their glaring weaknesses. Leader is completely unfit to lead a nature walk let alone a large organization.
