My feelings on this subject do not matter to anyone that counts. I was in attendance at the attempt to "'pin" the cowboys of the state of Wyoming. I was not sad at the outcome. Best tickets I have ever had, ten rows behind the home bench. One thing that I could not get over was how young the players looked...in their faces.... Back to the game, the defense played well, did not produce points, but one would not thinkt that the D would need to be the ones to light the lamps of the scoreboard in order to salvage a win.

Mistakes were made, they always are in a game of sport. There was one component of the team that was lacking. The offense. UT fans why does this come as a surprise. No Cutt, No QB with experiece. The O has no idea of how to, or what to do.

CF is reponsible. What if Erik Ainge would have had 1 year left after DC had gone to Duke. This year would have been different, but it would have happnend, but the difference would be the calendar

The only constant in the last regarding a productive O is DC. Chavis has done a great job. Can you imagine a better than average offense, coupled with the defensive effort and production this year, scary.

I know the "rank and file" are upset about the results this year, I am. I may be a dumb redneck, but it seems that the reason that we let Randy Sanders go.....is the same reason that we are looking for a head coach.

It just pizzes me off to see that we are forced to treat someone that has done so much for the University to make things "right"

Myself,my spouse, my son, have been educated by this University....

Not trying to be sarcastic, but I'm completely missing the point of this thread?

I know people have their love/hate relationship with Cut and I am the same way. The thing he brings to the team is ability to recruit and produce good quarterbacks. I'm not saying he should be our next coach but what I am saying is our next coach has got to have the ability to produce excellent qbs or we will continue to have a poor offense. I am leaning more towards a coach that has that capability of producing great qbs for UT, that being his forte.

I think I get this post. The guy is frustrated but loyal and is confused on how to handle this conflict. He wants to rant about the team and coaches but his undying loyalty won't allow it. So, he points the finger at the powers that be who have "ran Fulmer off", but I think down deep he knows it was the right thing to do. But once again, loyalty won't allow him to think that way.

Wait a sec...

I don't have a clue what this post is about.

My head hurts.

Not to disagree but The Mannings made Cut. They would have been sucessful with or without him.

And Eli didn't look like a world-beater when he came into the NFL. You can credit his recent coaches as much as you can credit Cut. Manning even admits that Randy Sanders was a big help to him as his QB coach.
