did anyone just hear that? Eli calls Coach Cut over the summer worried about his footwork and asks Cut for a little help and to send him his workout video from Ole Miss....

yeah, i'm listening to Peter King and he's talking about Eli Manning and he says that he "owes a lot of his improvement to David Cutcliffe, who was his coach at Ole Miss and is the offensive coordinator at the University of Tennessee...." and thought...wow...cool. Think if any recruits saw that they might be a little impressed???? it never hurts for pundits in the NFL to "validate" one of your coaches or players....

Yep, Cut helps a lot. Peyton playing at UT is really the only reason Ainge had much interest in playing in Knox. My guess is he'd play for UCLA if not Tennessee.
