I don't think so. Either Iowa or Penn State will be a BCS at large, and the other one will go to Capital One.

Actually if we go to Cotton Bowl, it's my belief that we would play Oklahoma State due to their loss. Thus not allowing them to get into a BCS bowl, dropping them down to the Cotton. IMO
