I can't wait either! I really can't wait for the spring prac. I can see it now. Offensive Football player says, "wow I didn't realize offense was this much fun. I love learning this type of O. Screw that stuff from last year!" O-Lineman says " Damn sure glad I don't have to rotate anymore! I can finally know who I should be blocking."

I watched it sounds good. He keeps saying he and his staff wont be outworked. Sounds a lot better than work like heck. :) No false promises .. Our offense similar to USC? really ...If our offense is nearly that good it would be HUGE!

two things
1. the guy exudes confidence. He's very sure of himself and his system and it comes off extremely well when he speaks of it. I will be absolutely shocked if this guy doesn't recruit like gangbusters. the line about "who wouldn't want to come here?" was grade A perfect.
2. He has a definite plan, and he believes in it 100%. whether it be the type of player he wants to recruit or the coaches he wants on his staff. the more you listen to him, and i've said this more than once, he will be infinitely better as a college coach than he ever was going to be an NFL coach.

i still don't know if he can beat Saban or Meyer or Miles or Richt or Spurrier or anyone for that matter.

but as far as first impressions can go.......this has been a home run for me.

This guy is going to get under meyer and saban's skin. The thought of that makes my happy.
