This is quite a silly poll to be having on a TN board... like the results would surprise anyone.

This is about as scientific as those polls on Fox News after the debates, saying, "Who won?"

I work with a Clemson fan who is QUICK to try and compare Clemson to Tennessee and how they have similar programs (except for the fact that the UT football program rakes in about double that of Clemson), then he tries to compare the ACC to the SEC. He says the SEC has a "top tier" of a few teams who are always strong, and the rest of the teams are always just mediocre. In his words the ACC teams are all in a group together and as a conference are stronger than the SEC (his argument for this is that since UNC and Duke are having a decent season THIS YEAR, it has eliminated their "bottom tier" teams). When I remind him that before the SEC teams were forced to play each other this year, there were 5 or 6 teams in the top 10, his answer is that they were obviously overrated since none of them are still there. He thinks the Clemson job is a much better job than the UT job since the Clemson coach could come into the ACC and immediately compete for a conference championship (who wants a challenge right?).

It really makes my head spin...
