Saturday’s game exposed (again) serious problems with our team. One problem was that we did not have a sustainable game plan; that is a coaching problem, but that was not the only issue. We played slow. I am not yet ready to say that our guys quit on the field, so I will just say that we played with no motivation. Loosing respect for a dysfunctional coaching staff is one issue, but when you can not play all out for the University, that is an entirely different problem. Have we been recruiting the wrong kind of players?

Yes, we need new coaches, but we also need players that are willing to play every second of every game.

These are kids they don't just show up and do whats expected everytime. They need leaders, someone to lead by example. These guys aren't getting a example. They also have no fear of anyone on our current staff. I'am sorry but its on the coaches.

So do you guys think we need a whole new staff, as in everyone is gone? Or just some people, namely Chavis, Phil and Slade?

Starts at the top and rolls downhill. Fulmer, chavis, and yes cutcliffe gone. Its the only way. If trooper wants to set sail that's fine too. But if i were a smart up coming new coach i'd try to keep troop for the recruiting trail and as a position coach. Thats my opinion for what its worth.

It would have to be up to a new coach. Most usually have connections and bring in their own people.
