From the Times Free Press...

“We’ll have to watch the film,” said first-year offensive coordinator Dave Clawson, “but those guys are good players. We should be able to play and win when they’re there.”

It was only a matter of time:lolabove:

Chavis is was already Fulmer....

“We’ll have to look at the film, but he did well from what I saw,” Chavis said of Rogan. “You lose a little bit of your guys (ability) to communicate as well as you’d like to, and it puts a lot more pressure on him to try to make some calls. But I think he did OK.”

Well, soon enough you'll never hear his name again. Think positive.

I actually feel sorry for the guy. He came to Knoxville thinking WOW! After this season he goes home and tells he wife; "What have I done?"

Can't blame Clawson for mistakes he did not make. How frustrating it must be to not be able to show what you can do. Fulmer has a double break bit in Clawsons mouth!!

he's run the offense into the ground and you feel sorry for him

unbelieveable

You mean it had nothing to do with the fact that Fulmer flat out refuses to play our best players, or fire the O-line coach and trainer who had the line out of shape and unprepared to play SEC caliber football. Sure we can blame the offensive coordinator, why not? This country is built on misplaced blame.

I feel sorry for him and you. I feel sorry for him because Fulmer screwed him by not allowing him to coach the offense. I feel sorry for you because you're so far up Phil's *ss you can't see it. Fulmer drove this program in the ground. The last 10 years it's been nothing but more than clear he's refused to change with the times regardless of who the OC was unless it was Cut. Get your head outta the sand man.

Clawson had as much to do with this offensive debacle as you or I did. Change a man's calls 30% of the time and then you wanna bitch at him. Crompton's changing plays on the feild and Clawson wants to pull him. Fulmer says no, stick with him & yet again kool aid drinker, you wanna bitch at him.

I'm giving you the full time beep beep. FAIL.

Hope you guys get to see Clawson really live up to his potential at another program...

Over the last 10 years, there's been plenty of losses that we could have or should have won.

But no where in Tennessee's 10 year, 20 year , or lifetime history have we had an offense that is this pitiful.

Clawson's the OC, so he's responsible for it..

Fulmer hired him and he's going to pay the price for it, by taking the sidelines in Neyland on November 29th as the coach for the University of Tennessee for the last time..

The line is in terrific shape. They are coached by an assistant who chooses to teach defiance of the laws of physics.

If 22 points are scored in the next game, this team will have overtaken 2005's team in terms of points scored in 11 games.

a coach telling the media that his teams going to watch game film and then defending his players in front of the media rather than calling them out or insulting them in front of the nation....yeah, that's clearly a fulmer only thing :fool:

I know I've said it before, but there's nothing wrong with waiting to look at film. Being on the sidelines is a terrible place to watch a game, and being in the booth is only marginally better.
