I'd just like to say thank you to all the classy LSU fans at the Dome and about last nite. In 2001 they were outright Hooligans. They knew that the Vols beat themself last nite and extended mucho respect.
Congrads LSU! now go represent

i guess all the classy ones are in the georgia dome. at the sports bar they all were jerks and said thats what UT deserved for being so dirty and hitting their players after plays and gashing perrilox

My experience with them in the Dome was not a good one. I thought they were classless wonders. Some of the talk that some of their fans were doing in the mens room in unmentionable but was completely classless on their parts. Their cheers in the stands also left you wondering how they were raised. It will not hurt my feelings if it is a long time before we ever have to play them again.

In my opinion after the game in knoxville last year, i say lsu fans are the worst in the sec. to hell with em i hope they get blowed out where ever they go.

I agree. I was at the dome last night and was told to expect them to be real jerks....but they were not at all. For anyone else at the dome....was everyone in your section furious with our band the second half. Don't get me wrong I think our band is GREAT..the halftime show was excellent..but LSU's band didn't sit after the half and ours never did anything. Their band fires their team and crowd up so much!!

every one of the LSU fans i met yesterday was great with the exception of 1. we sat dead in the middle of the LSU section and the four guys in front of us were great to talk to, we joked back and forth and talked football all night long. however the woman behind us was rude from the beginning of the game, when we stood up to cheer for our defense at the start of the game she pushed my friend aside and told him to either sit down or move over cause she couldn't see. then when we took the lead in the 3rd quarter, we were obviously jumping around and high fiving and she grabbed my friend by the shoulder and said that the next time his arm got so close to her she was going to push down into the row in front of us. she was just angry that LSU had lost the lead and i thought this was totally uncalled for, we were all just there to enjoy a football game. we didn't get mad at all the lsu fans when things went their way and they eventually won. as we were leaving i shook all the guys hands in front of us and told them we'd be cheering for Pitt and OK and best of luck to them.

It has been said that the LSU fan base is basically the gutter of the SEC. I know their team is SEC champions but you cant change your fan base. I have never had a good experience with LSU fans.

Did anyone see if those gender challanged Liberace dressed goofball LSU guys were in the audience last pm? How pathetic.

i went to baton rouge in '05 with my dad. we stopped at one of the starbucks there and he orderd a coffee. when the coffee was ready and they called his number, an LSU fan grabbed his coffee and threw it at some UT fans. he was drunk, but it was BOILING HOT COFFEE. LSU fans definitly get my vote as worst and least classy
