There were a lot of fans booing when App State had guys go down with injuries. I've never been more embarrassed to be associated with the same fans that booed injured players.

I know emotions were high, but that isn't an excuse. I really hope that when things get tough in future games Vol fans show a little class, especially when players go down with injuries.

Well when the guys kept going down with cramps, then walking away just fine and we're trying to go no huddle, what do you expect? Specially when one guy literally could've rolled over to get out of bounds, but then 15 seconds later walks away just fine.

You realize they were boo'ing because it looked like App State was trying to purposely get "injured" to slow our momentum, right?

Not saying that was the case, but I can understand how the crowd would feel that way.

And goaded the crowd

I'm not sure you quite understood what the booing was about.

Oh thought we were talking about the App St. player giving to the crowd and his trainer telling him to stop

Fake injuries to slow down our offense. They were doing on purpose all game.

Exactly. Every time we hit a big play 3rd down someone got cramps...maybe some were legit but some were fake for sure

One could strongly assume that they're injuries were a hoax and they were "cramping" just to slow down any momentum we had on offense. It was primarily noticeable on one specific drive.

Were you watching the same game I was? Funny how the Appy defense was having trouble with cramps but their offense wasn't. Faking cramps to slow down an up-tempo offense is classless.

Maybe cause most of those "cramps"' were just an excuse to take a breather and stop our momentum?

The cramps were faked. Consecutive plays, all different players, all but like one on D. It was definitely a part of their game plan. Teams have been doing this the last few years, happens to Oregon all the time.

They weren't injured they were faking to slow down the Tennessee offense. One DB bounced up after a couple of minutes and taunted the crowd as he walked off the field obviously uninjured.

It's funny how cramps happened after big plays by our offense. I don't recall any of Appy State's offensive players having cramps.

They had one guy go down like at least 4 times. Only to return each time, the deal was to give their D a blow and to sort of stifle our momentum.

The booing wasn't called for but it's tab bit ridiculous to stop the game 3 times every drive cause their players are cramping.

They were pulling "The Haynesworth"..... He'd go down 6-7 times a game with the Titans. He was their designated fake injured player so we can rest guy.
Appy State was doing the same

Then I guess you didn't realize they were using cramps to stop momentum which gave their coaches time to make adjustments in their huddle . It was like having a free timeout four times.Thats exactly what happened to three out of the four players who went down
