Great news! First post in new format. Thanks to all who put in the effort. Much appreciated. Injuries really made a huge difference past couple years. Good to see team getting healthier.

You say he is better until it doesn't work out. I will reserve my judgment for down the road. He still hasn't coached a game. I hope he wins them all. I'm just saying butch won 9 twice. If he was so incompetent, then JP should easily have us to 10 in 2 years.

Chance Hall is ready to go, but will be eased back into things. “I know he is really itching to get going. We have a plan and we are going to execute that plan,” Pruitt said.
Trey Smith will cleared for contact around August 20th. As Chris Low reported on Tuesday, Smith can participate in non-contact drills until then. As for what position he will play, Pruitt wouldn’t commit to anything. He did say that he hopes to keep him in the same spot throughout the season, however.
J.J. Peterson: Pruitt noted that only one player isn’t in Knoxville yet, which is J.J. Peterson. He said that is “still working on some things and he’ll be here as soon as he can get it done.”
Jauan Jennings will be limited to start camp, Pruitt confirmed. He said that they will limit his reps throughout camp.
Todd Kelly Jr. is a “full go” after missing much of the 2017 season with a knee injury. That’s good news for a secondary group that could use the veteran presence.

That's a lot better report than what it was going into 2016 and 2017

Injury wise this is the best the Vols have had in several years
I sure hope this Vol squad disproves the pundits and over excels

You guys sure are whistling through the graveyard with the injury talk. I mean, I hope you’re right, but geesh!
