Very misleading article written by an idiot. Regardless of how you feel about James (not a fan myself) he is not broke but his campaign is still in debt. James is just raising money to retire that campaign debt. Hillary Clinton's campaign is still $100k in debt from her presidential run and was over $5 million in debt when she quit the race. This doesn't mean the Clinton's are broke.
