Complete crap. We just went to the playoffs and had we not gotten a bad draw we would have probably seen another round. If anyone is calling for his job they need to be the one who is fired lol

A random Facebook post popped up so, I decided to google to see if there was fire to the smoke: College Football Playoff Coach With $37.5M Buyout Put On Hot Seat
I know his second year seemed the best so far but, how can it be said he’s on the hot seat after the last several coaches that we have had?

Did not know his buyout is that much: Josh Heupel has top 15 salary among college football head coaches
I’m thinking this is his yearly salary times the years on his contract. Anyone think either is too much or too long?
And I thought some of your posts defending Fulmer would be the dumbest thing on here, but I was wrong.

I just watched a highlight that popped up in my Facebook feed - Cordarrelle
Patterson’s amazing punt return in the 2012 game against Vandy. But we lost the game 41-18 to Vandy dropping our record to 4-7 and 0-7 in the SEC. Thank God we fired Dooley and the team rebounded to beat Kentucky so at least we didn’t go winless in the conference (We got to wait a few more years before we achieved that feat).
But Dooley wasn’t as bad as Pruitt. At least Butch was a decent Div 2 coach, right?

I saw a lifetime of bad coaches in the period from Kiffin to Heupel - for God’s sake let’s kill this talk of Heupel being in the hot seat.

Absolutely drives me nuts when my pops tells me he heard or read something on Facebook. 99% of what people are allowed to post as news on that site is completely made up b.s. to get you to click.

Help make sure those losers have to get a real job and do not click.

This is about as hot as CJHs seat is gonna be for awhile
Mmmm....two years and I think he's there. He will get a pass this year because of Nico....who was his choice btw. The following year, the schedule gets less friendly....maybe a lot less friendly I suspect. That's likely when the grumbling starts.

Not even warm. The burner is not even on.

But let's see what happens this season and recruiting.

The person to watch would be Danny White. If we see White flight we might expect trouble in the hood.

No, he's not on the hot seat. But if his recruiting doesnt pick up, its going to eventually catch up to him where it manifests into the kind of seasons that will put him on the hot seat.
His most successful season was the result of little or no 5 stars. Maybe he actually knows what he’s doing. Remember that 5 stars don’t happen without ‘camps’

That's hilarious.
