I think it's a joint press conference at Wild Wing Cafe with Bryce Brown

I hope it's not bitter or resentful. Obviously that sentiment is understandable seeing as though it appears his dismissal, uh er resignation, was used in the bargaining for Wilcox's return.

Hubbs expects Smith to voice "his opinion" about what happened with the staff shake up at the presser. I don't think having a former staff member and former vol great saying negative things about the current program could be viewed as a positive.

I hope he decides to hold back.

Yeah, Hubbs also said don't expect a response from Dooley which also doesn't bode well for a positive spin.

Why? So they can argue in the media like 2 yr olds. Ridiculous he is having a presser imo. Get over yourself and move on

He probably will hit on the fact that the staff are not UT alumni and how he tried to bring the passion of being a Volunteer to the program.May be way off just speculating...........

He's going to apologize for being so rude to the bookstore workers the day before he was let go.

Chuck Smith needs to move on and keep his mouth shut. So much for the VFL he was selling to kids

Seems that there would be a list of total "no no's" for a guy who wants to make it in the coaching business.

I can't help but think that calling a press conference to air greviences against a former employer would be pretty high on that list.

He probably wants to publicaly thank coach Dooley for giving him the chance to coach the dl at Tennessee.

You're welcome coach Smith.

Man its good to see those in Volnation are not jumping to conclusions before he has the presser.

I want to play: I am sure he is going to announce that he is going to hold a revolt and overthrow Dooley to take over the head coaching job.
