First off, evaluate who is going through the motions and is not coachable and have them bounce to free up space
4/5 big nasty defensive tackles
2/3 speedy linebackers that can tackle in space
3/4 secondary players that can tackle period
1 seasoned QB with lots of experience
2 seasoned RBs to go with Bishop
1/2 field goal kickers and create serious competition for the starting role.
The above are my must fill positions first and foremost, starting on the defensive line. STOP SIGNING 10 EDGE RUSHERS EVERY CLASS.
