As Casey Clausen left UT (at the end of the 2003 season), he said that our next QB would have a phenomenal young WR corps. I think he was right. Those guys were all pretty talented, but never really developed until Trooper took over. I'm not sure the unit we currently have is as talented. Hopefully Trooper can still make something productive out of them.

I think the guys we just recruited "can" be as productive if not more with a couple years experience under their belts.

It's not the intention. I just think they look at the economic impact of having a lot of out-of-state guests who will fill up the downtown hotels for 2-3 days vs. a horde of UT fans who will, for the mostpart, show up for the game and then drive home.

i know, i just couldn't resist. you are correct. Nashville would much rather have the oot guest staying at their hotels, eating at restaurants etc....you are 100% correct.

Five people voted for the 13-0 mark. What on Earth makes them think that is realistic? I can't see how anyone other than USC would be thinking ahead of time that they ought to be undefeated or a one-loss team. Just too difficult to do.

I can agree a bit but I did not give Florida a chance in hell before the season last year to make it. You were opportunistic/lucky more than once like many other NT teams.....
