just 6000 troops participated? during the Cold War, Russia would mobilize it's entire military to participate in war games with it's satellite puppet states.

What's scary to me is that the American public and it's elected leaders are rapidly getting to the point where they'd submit to a Sino-Russian pact rather than fight against it.
