Chick-Fil-A or Music City

I could see a rematch if the #1 and #2 teams played in the SEC championship game... and were ahead of #3 by miles. They both play lights out football, the winner takes it in the final seconds.

Thats the only way I could see a rematch occurring.

I would love to rematch Clemson in ATL. We would probably win this time since Fulmer is out.

Amen! I get an earful every holiday when we see my wife's family.

The S. Truett Cathy bowl would be great for me, for obvious reasons. I would LOVE to see Kiff sandblast our GA Dome curse right off the front bumper of this program.

(actually, part of me hopes we can get that against Saban and Bammer in an SEC title game sometime soon; sweet, sweet retribution...)

I prefer the chick fil a peach bowl b/c it's close, domed, and most importantly they sell chick fil a chicken sandwiches there! :)

you're talkin to noah about the flood...

the greatest win Clemson has had in 20years is a peach bowl victory over a "down" UT team...

that team won 10 games didn't it?

I was at that game, I remember clausen played his butt off and nobody else on the team did a thing to help him. The defense couldn't stop anything and I recall the safeties and corners dropping about 4 or 5 picks too...in both hands drops. It was like the team was just so upset that it lost the 3-way tie for the SEC championship bid that year that they didn't even bother to show up (or at least, even care) about the bowl game

I would personally love another shot at Clemson...I work just outside Clemson, and all I ever hear about is that Peach Bowl....:censored:
Like many on this board...I grew very tired of our teams not being prepared to play EVERY week because they felt entitled to the win simply because they had the Power "T" on their helmet...I'm glad to see the fire our present players have, such a great & critical change of pace

thanks for letting me rant VN :twocents:

I lived in Simpsonville SC for a while (and sure miss it). I found the Greenville area to have a ton of Vol fans and quite frankly there seemed to be an even 3 way split between Cocks, Tigers, and Vols. I even met Jack Jolley that used to be a Vol long snapper years ago.

We all remember Nebraska in 2001/02... and I suppose the two teams could come from the same division.

it's possible, but after how poorly Nebraska played that game and all that "have to win your conference" junk from UGA & LSU in 2007 (that and i never saw a team after championship week get bumped up from 7 to 1 in the polls), i really doubt that the poll voters or the media would allow that to happen again

I hope to one day see an all SEC-east BCS title game. Tennessee barely beats Florida in early September, that would give Florida enough time to climb back up the ranks, to quote TFHFCAUTK it would take a perfect storm

I think they should automatically put us in the Sugar Bowl....I mean, we can't do any worse than the last SEC team did that played there.

My kin by marriage are all from Anderson, Greenville, and Simpsonville; it sure is nice, and there are a fair share of Vols around.

They even have a Clinkscales Chevrolet if I am not mistaken... possible distant relatives of Joey?
