This has been brought up for a few years now.

Ultimately, it's just too cold and you would have too many people wearing their warmest jacket and coat as opposed to their team colors.

Even Neyland isn't nearly as orange late in the season.

This thread reminds me of the drunk guy at a baseball game who spends 2 innings trying to start the wave before someone finally tells him to sit down and shut up.

You better check out their Defense though.. Ifyou haven't been watching, they absolutely have the best defense we will face in the second half, they are every bit as good as UFs in my opinion. A lot like Appy St but MUCH bigger and more physical. Laugh if you want, but look at their stats ....

It's in bad taste, wouldn't work well, and would be the most epic fail of the season should we lose the game.

Let's just go in there, take care of business, and come home to prep for the SEC Championship.

Let them come out fighting.

After Dooley embaressed us letting that video taunting Vandy leak, they came back and beat us the next year.

They've played us like they think we're rivals since then.

I want a flash back to 1995 when they tried to literally fight us before the game.

Wasnt that score 63-0.

Part of our return to relevance is sending Vandy back to irrelevance.

As a matter of fact, I'm not sure we can trust Shoop yet. Butch maybe should make Shoop take the Vandy game off.

Vanderbilt is a perpetual sec bottom dweller. They should not even warrant the time to create a thread titled "Checker vanderbilt Stadium" on a fan message board let alone the time needed to organize proposed event.

I don't think you would do that to a true rival. It is beyond insulting. And I bet it could be done. It wouldn't be uniform, but it would be noticeable enough.

But are they worth the trouble? Not really.

Not worth the trouble at all. They are Vandy, nothing more than another SEC team with a good defense and a horrible offense. We might be a rival to them, but they are no different to me than Kentucky. I don't like or hate either team, just another conference game. Florida, Georgia, and Bama are true rivals.
