Chaz Coleman's future remains uncertain (CBS) [no longer with the program]

🤣 When that new-account bruh is not attacking Heupel, he’s attacking Elander. 🙄
Not true at all. I criticized Elander for a poor showing last baseball season, and I have praised him for an outstanding offseason so far. You fans who are wholehearted supporters make no sense to me. Same people who probably thought Butch Jones at the end of 2016 deserved another year just because he beat Florida when he should have been fired

Heupel deserves some blame because this is the 3rd starter in 14 months we have had to part ways with, and he is the HC, so the buck stops with him. Knowles deserves the majority of the blame because he recruited and spent a year coaching this dude. Either way, the coaching staff deserves some criticism because this dude was the anchor of our transfer class, and he didn't even make it to fall camp. Been another very frustrating offseason of personnel management for Tennessee
You're a broken record. Get some new material.

Is that your only response to the obvious disappointment of Chaz Coleman's tenure at Tennessee? You're pathetic and probably loved Butch Jones
We lost backup players in the portal who had more production. There’s never guarantees, even moreso nowadays with nil and portal when a player can get butthurt over a hard drill and transfer again.
Good players with production leave teams every year. Continue to raise hell about a player with 8 D1 tackles and looking to point blame because you are so hissy you feel the need to call out JH makes you look kinda silly. Save it for when it’s deserved like with time management, timeouts, playcalls, etc.
And do some research on how many players are coming and going across D1 football.

My team is on the field*

I'm not disappointed in a tenure that never even started. You calling someone else pathetic says a lot about your lack of happiness and personal character. I hope you are able to find both in the future.

You would think people would think people would be embarrassed by that, but the sunshine pumpers have no shame or standards for the athletic department
Or, you know, we aren't fossils and/or dumbasses and know how to operate on the Internet well enough to understand this isn't a Tennessee issue.

How would you like for us to be embarrassed ? We could be upset that 3 guys left, 1 of whom never even put on a uniform. I guess collectively we could bitch at all the other posters not showing shame and embarrassment about 3 dudes having issues, 2 with obvious distractions stemming from their home life.

I think we’ve come a long way from the “Fulmer Cup”days when we actually had real reasons to be embarrassed by the behavior of the players, but I guess there’s always a reason to be embarrassed.

Why? If that's our biggest issue, I'll take that all day. All the a$$ beatings we got in football last year, now that is an embarrassment. A few head cases( Boo and Nico) that almost every major university recruited could and does happen to everyone. Chaz was never a head case like the other 2. A 19 year old rethinking his commitment to football after continued side effects from a head injury doesn't make him a head case. Texas Tech's situation with Sorsby is way worse.

This being a UT board, very few care a whit about Kearsey or whatever his name is, any other gator, or how tough you think you are.
Wow, your panties are in a wad today. I never even brought up toughness. That’s all on you. I guess you are feeling a bit inferior and insignificant today.

This being a message board, I will bring up any player I want.

I'm gonna bet Jimmy Franklin can fix him, but who truly knows?

Hope he ends up as a Rhodes Scholar.

Either you with us, or ya ain't. Later tater

So happy to see Tennessee cut ties, with Chaz Coleman! What an overrated dud… Wants to play, but don’t wanna put the work in! Good luck on the real world young man.

NAH, there might be a few over the top folks not accurately analyzing or ignoring this saga, but the rational majority see the risk is ALWAYS out there and want to move on while the over the top NEGA’s want to stir the pot forever, even after resolution.

It is rational to await the fact sets release to let us know IF IF IF it was maximally mitigated. Bet DW drove this train with ALL the facts.

Couple of things. Do we actually know this? He was out flashing cash. Not sure we know the exact home story. I heard he had a lot of issues with the new strength coach.

2nd, what’s the best example of a situation like Nico or Boo at another SEC school.

Apparently the new strength coach does extraordinarily unreasonable things...like pushing the players to work on nutrition, strength and conditioning.

This will never be answered. Everyone will say "it's not just Tennessee," but they have no example of another SEC school dealing with this. Hence, why every college football talking head has asked the question, "Why does this keep happening at Tennessee?"

Gotta be honest...of that's what pushed him out the door, so be it. These kids aren't bigger than the program and they don't run the show. If being pushed to be your very best is too difficult for you, hit the road.

It’s happened three times and every school in the country would have taken a chance on the three given the opportunity. Two problems occurred because of flat out greed and meddling parents and one because of a medical issue. None of which are Heupel’s or White’s fault. The only folks who find fault with that are the perpetual negas and the Heupel haters. Or you’re just trolling. Go ahead and admit which one you are. Confession is good for the soul.

And given the new world we’re in, the greed and meddling family thing is going to happen more often. Always going to be somebody that will try to get more money in this climate.

End of discussion.
